Brauhaus Zum goldenen Handwerk in Dusseldorf

The tastiest knuckle outside of Bavaria was served here. It had a nice crispy skin, little fat and well-seasoned meat. The sauerkraut was mild, the mashed potatoes were most likely homemade (a little butter while making them and they would have been perfect). The waiters were very friendly, attentive and receptive to criticism. The waiters for the drinks service tried very hard, despite small mistakes they worked well. The dark beer and the cellar beer were delicious, unfortunately the menu does not tell you who the manufacturer is. I will come back.

A burger that was very tasty

We, my sister, I and a friend visited the newly opened brewery today and were impressed by the overall impression. The ambience, offers on the menu and drinks menu were extensive and promising and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Definitely an asset for Erkrath. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

Most of the time I didn't want to share dessert with my brother at all. We have learned something from it and next time we will order one dessert per person. I can highly recommend this restaurant! My husband and I find the restaurant suitable for all kinds of events, irrespective of whether with colleagues, acquaintances or clan; Not only the attentive staff was the absolute hit during our visit, but also the unique flair.

We spontaneously got a table for 7 people. The food was very good. It would have been nice if we had been asked now and then if we would like to have a drink. A star deduction because it took a long time to get the bill.

Down to earth food and good beer at fair prices. On weekends and in the evening it is advisable to make a reservation. The service is nice, courteous and fast. We always like to come back.

It's a great, really German eatery. Always cosy. Food and drink is good and the staff is very correct. Only the basses in the music are unpleasant ... Despite that, I would like to come back! ❤

Cozy brewery atmosphere. Down-to-earth dishes. Good beer selection: Füchschen Alt, Bavarian Hellbier and Grevensteiner Land beer on tap. The roast pork for 14.50 € was very tasty. Other dishes, e.g. Goose leg for € 24.50 was less convincing. Nice service.

I wish I could give a 0 star or Minus! The waitress was running the whole brauhaus. I understand that it will be too busy for her, but her service was terrible! First no English menu. So we had to figure out what it is. She put our drinks like smashing it on the table. Then we ordered just one dish to share, the portion in Germany is quite big and it says in pfannen, so I thought that we will receive our dish in a pan which is a lot then. Then she put the main dish on the table, with my phone below the dish. No sorry? Then the table next to us were 7 persons and they speak German, totally another service; very friendly to them. She didn't throw the drinks, last but not least .. the payment something I won't forget! I walked to her for the bill, because she doesn't come to our table. She was busy, so I decided to go to the cashdesk to pay . I used to pay by card and because my card was not working? I dony know why, she doesn't explain it. she just gave me that machine to enrol my payment and then ... Walk away to bring new customers to the restaurant. When my payment was completed I hold the machine in my hand and wait for her... then she told me that I have to wait, while she was busy with another customer. So I decided to do it by myself, I don't want to stay 1 second longer! Then she was yelling like Nooooo!!! she needs to do that. I believe that there will plenty of tourists in this area... Don't expect any services because you can't speak German.... We always go to another German restaurant in that street when we are in Dusseldorf for years. It's the first time that we want to try another restaurant for giving another restaurant a chance. Don't go if you are a tourist is my feedback to this restaurant, about the waitress do.... I am in shock that the hospitality can be like this nowadays!!!

This is a nice traditional german beer house serving the famous local Alt bier. Really liked the serving in short glasses. Plates are huge and delicious so get ready for a protein feast!

An absolute recommendation. I ate baked potatoes with Argentinean wild prawns here. Really delicious and super flavored with wild herbs. Since I eat four times a week I can really say that it is one of the best restaurants I have met. Keep it up
